IMPORTANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Introduction

In order to protect the interests and rights of CashKrazy.com, and CashKrazy.com users alike, this terms of use has been developed. Users or visitors found violating these terms here within will be held responsible and proper recourse may be taken, including account termination, criminal prosecution (when and where applicable), and so forth.

  1. MEMBERSHIP REQUIRMENTS
    1. MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY: To participate in CashKrazy.com, you must be an individual at least 13 years of age and reside in the United States of America. A user under 18 certifies that a parent has given permission by checking the box that corresponds to "I Agree."
    2. Users must provide valid and truthful information during all stages of membership at CashKrazy. This clause applies to every form of interaction with a CashKrazy.com representative, CashKrazy's web properties, and CashKrazy.com affiliated advertisers and partners, including, but not limited to: personal information, location, support tickets, manual credit requests, third-party signup information, and cashouts.
    3. Users must reside in the United States of America.
    4. Users must not create more than one account per person, nor may they create more than one account per household.
    5. Users must not create more than one account per computer or internet connection.
    6. Users must log in and use CashKrazy.com on their own personal computer and internet connection only. The use of a CashKrazy.com account on a public or shared computer, or public internet connection is grounds for disqualification. You may not access your CashKrazy.com account on the same computer or internet connection as your referrer, referral, or any other CashKrazy.com user. Violation of this term may be considered grounds for disqualification of any and all users involved.
  2. Offer Completion.
    1. Please do not contact offer providers (advertisers) regarding offer credit. For more information about offer crediting.
    2. Users may only complete an offer if they have never completed it previously, whether on this site or another.
    3. While we strive for accuracy, typographical errors do occur. CashKrazy.com is not responsible for typographical errors on the offer pages.
    4. CashKrazy.com reserves the right to adjust commission rates at any time for any reason.
    5. Users must try only those offers in which they have a legitimate interest. If a user is found, in Cashkrazy's sole discretion, to be in violation of this provision, his/her earnings will be forfeit and his/her account disqualified.
    6. Users must provide valid information when signing up for offers. Falsifying information for offers is grounds for account or offer credit disqualification.
    7. CashKrazy.com uses industry-standard tracking software, but occasionally offers fail to credit. CashKrazy.com does not guarantee payments for offers which fail to track and credit. If an offer fails to credit, the user may request manual credit by supplying a confirmation email from the offer. CashKrazy.com does not guarantee credit after a manual credit request is posted.
    8. Occasionally, offer links can redirect to other offers. If an offer link is redirecting to another offer, the user may not complete it. Any attempt to complete a redirected offer will not result in credit.
    9. Users must be familiar with the Manual Credit Request process before completing offers.
  3. Account Cancelation

    CashKrazy.com users are given the right to cancel their account at any time, no matter the reason. However, upon cancelation the user automatically forfeits their earnings, orders, and all other benefits attached to their account.
  4. Account Termination

    CashKrazy.com reserves the right to terminate a user's account at any time for any reason deemed publically or privately necessary. Upon termination, the user in question may lose the rights to their earnings, orders, and all other benefits attached to their account. Termination may occur when these terms herein are broken; the user is found trying to damage the website here or on the Internet in general. Furthermore, CashKrazy.com reserves the right to not have to publically discuss the reasoning behind a account termination.
  5. Falsifying Information

    Cashkrazy.com requires certain pieces of personal information from it's users in order to contact them, distribute gifts, or complete other operations necessary for the website. In the same respect, users are expected to and must supply sufficient truthful information. Any user found purposely (as per Cashkrazy.com discretion) supplying false information may be subject to account termination.
  6. Accounts Allowed

    Cashkrazy.com allows up to one account per person, no matter how many email addresses he or she may maintain. Furthermore, a household may have more than one account for each member of that household over the age of thirteen (13). Related members may not specify one another as referrals either. Cashkrazy.com reserves the right to monitor, track, or otherwise analyze accounts to catch infringing users.
  7. Personal Information

    Cashkrazy.com requires and collects certain personal information from its users including but not limited to their first name, last name, email address, date of birth, gender, postal address, city of residency, state of residency, and zip code of residency. These portions of personal information are required for several purposes including but not limited to, making Cashkrazy.com more personal, distributing gifts to its members, contacting its members via postal mail and email for the purposes of promoting the website or keeping the users informed.
  8. Payouts

    Payouts are subject to minimum cash balance on account to be determined upon completion of offer(s). CasKrazy has the right to decline cash out attempts for any reason. CashKrazy has the right to terminate user access at anytime for any reason. CashKrazy is not required to pay users there cash balance unless they complete the amount needed for minimum cashout. Offer payouts are subject to change based on completion of offers.
  9. Physical Residency

    Because of the nature of Cashkrazy.com, users participating in the website must be residents of the United States. This is for many reasons, but mainly because we cannot facilitate the distribution of gifts to users outside of the United States, and because most of the offers that are part of Cashkrazy.com require participants to be from the United States.
  10. Points Balances

    The points balance can be defined as the current amount of points belonging to a user's account that are generated from participating in the website. Therefore, Cashkrazy.com treats the points balances of it's users very seriously. As such, Cashkrazy.com maintains a detailed list of points balance flucuations (due to the user earning or spending points), some of which can be seen by the user under the "Points History" page.
  11. Unauthorized Access

    Cashkrazy.com monitors all access by visitors and users to the website. Unauthorized access is strictly prohibited and will be tracked by such monitoring. Any person (including visitors and users) found accessing a portion of the website that they are not authorized to access will be punished to the full extent possible, including criminally if possible.

  13. IMITATION OF LIABILITY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEITHER CASHKRAZY.COM NOR ANY OF ITS MEMBERS, SUBSIDIARIES, PUBLISHERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, LICENSORS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS OR EMPLOYEES SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, RESULTING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR FOR THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES OR RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE SERVICE OR RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF USER'S TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE, EVEN IF SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL CashKrazy TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO ANY MEMBER UNDER THIS AGREEMENT EXCEED AN AMOUNT EQUAL TO THE VALUE OF ONE DOLLAR CASH FROM THE CASHKRAZY.COM WEBSITE.
